Construction worked with the client to improve and unfinished
basement. A home office was built along with a laundry and table
tennis area.
A new energy efficient heating system was installed. Hot water is
now provided by a high efficiency heater.
The home office area features special
conduiting for computer network. The walls are fully insulated.
